1. Introduction

Extraincome.my is an online platform that provides information on side income opportunities, referral reward programs, freelance jobs, and part-time opportunities. The platform is developed and managed by DIY BUSINESS SYSTEM (JM0992313-K) (“Platform Owner”).

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Platform by all parties including businesses, advertisers, opportunity providers (“Providers”), appointed listing representatives (“Authors”), and website visitors (“Visitors”).

By accessing, browsing, submitting information, or using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1A. Definitions

Unless the context otherwise requires:

“Platform” refers to the website Extraincome.my.

“Platform Owner” refers to DIY BUSINESS SYSTEM (JM0992313-K).

“Admin” refers to the administrator responsible for reviewing, approving, rejecting, editing, or removing listings.

“Provider” refers to any company, business, organization or individual who submits or promotes a side income opportunity, referral program, freelance job or part-time opportunity on the Platform.

“Listing Author” / “Author” refers to an individual appointed by the Platform or the Provider solely for the purpose of uploading or submitting opportunity information.

“Visitor” refers to any person browsing or accessing the Platform.

“Listing” refers to any opportunity information displayed on the Platform including referral rewards, job opportunities, promotional programs, or related information.

2. Eligibility of Providers

2.1 The Platform is open to businesses, organizations or individuals offering legitimate income opportunities in Malaysia.

2.2 Providers are fully responsible for ensuring that their business operations and promotional activities comply with:

  • Malaysian laws and regulations

  • Relevant licensing requirements

  • Ethical business practices

2.3 The Platform reserves the right to reject, suspend, remove or terminate any account or listing if the information provided is found to be false, misleading, illegal or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

2.4 Any such action shall not entitle the Provider to any compensation, refund or claim against the Platform or the Platform Owner.

3. Scope of Platform Services

3.1 Extraincome.my provides information listing and promotional display services only.

3.2 The Platform serves as an information channel where:

  • Providers may promote referral reward programs, side income opportunities or freelance jobs; and

  • Visitors may browse, explore and contact the Providers directly.

3.3 The Platform does not participate in:

  • recruitment processes

  • negotiations

  • payments

  • contractual agreements

  • business partnerships

  • or any commercial transactions.

3.4 All arrangements, agreements and transactions occur directly between the Provider and the Visitor.

3.5 The Platform does not act as:

  • an employer

  • a recruitment agency

  • a sales agent

  • a broker

  • a financial intermediary

  • or an escrow service.

4. Cooperation Principle & No Guarantee of Results

4.1 The Platform encourages long-term collaboration and promotional visibility rather than guaranteed business results.

4.2 The effectiveness of listings may depend on multiple factors including:

  • quality and accuracy of information

  • market conditions

  • demand for the opportunity

  • attractiveness of the reward program

  • cooperation of the Provider.

4.3 The Platform does not guarantee:

  • income generation

  • number of referrals

  • number of enquiries

  • recruitment success

  • business outcomes

  • return on investment.

5. Listings & Approval

5.1 All submitted listings are subject to review and approval by the Admin before publication.

5.2 The Platform reserves the right to:

  • approve

  • reject

  • edit

  • merge

  • suspend

  • or remove

any listing to maintain the quality, integrity and fairness of the Platform.

6. Accuracy of Information

6.1 Providers are fully responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is:

  • accurate

  • truthful

  • not misleading

  • compliant with Malaysian laws.

6.2 Providers must ensure that all income claims, referral rewards, incentives or job descriptions are clearly stated and not exaggerated.

6.3 The Platform does not independently verify the legitimacy, profitability, or reliability of any opportunity.

7. Listing Duration & Expiry

7.1 Listings may be subject to a validity period depending on the type of account or promotional package.

7.2 Upon expiry, listings may be automatically unpublished or archived.

7.3 Providers are responsible for updating the status of opportunities that are no longer available.

8. Listing Assistance / Listing Author

8.1 The Platform may provide listing assistance services or appoint Listing Authors as an additional service.

8.2 The role of the Listing Author is limited to:

  • entering opportunity information provided by the Provider

  • uploading images or promotional materials

  • submitting the listing for Admin review.

8.3 Listing Authors do not have authority to:

  • approve listings

  • publish listings

  • determine reward amounts

  • negotiate with participants

  • represent the Platform or the Provider.

8.4 All information uploaded by Listing Authors is considered information provided by the Provider.

8.5 Full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the information remains with the Provider.

8A. Role of Admin

8A.1 The Admin is responsible for reviewing and approving listings based on content completeness.

8A.2 The Admin does not verify:

  • the legitimacy of the opportunity

  • the financial viability of the opportunity

  • the authenticity of reward payments.

9. Fees & Payments

9.1 Listing fees and promotional service charges may be specified on the Platform.

9.2 All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the Platform.

9.3 The Platform reserves the right to revise its pricing structure at any time.

10. Referral & Enquiry Service

10.1 The Platform may receive enquiries from Visitors and forward them to Providers as a referral service.

10.2 Such referrals do not guarantee participation, income or business results.

10.3 Any referral fees, commissions or success fees are subject to separate agreements between the Platform and the Provider.

11. Anti-Scam Notice & User Responsibility

11.1 Extraincome.my is an information platform only and does not investigate, verify or guarantee the legitimacy of every opportunity listed.

11.2 Visitors are strongly advised to perform their own due diligence before participating in any opportunity.

11.3 Visitors should avoid opportunities that:

  • require large upfront payments

  • request sensitive financial information

  • promise unrealistic guaranteed income.

11.4 If any suspicious activity or potential scam is discovered, Visitors are encouraged to report it to the Platform.

11.5 The Platform reserves the right to remove any listing suspected of fraudulent activity.

12. Income Disclaimer

12.1 Income opportunities listed on the Platform are provided by third-party Providers.

12.2 Any income examples, referral rewards, commission figures or earning potential mentioned are illustrative only.

12.3 Actual earnings depend on many factors including:

  • individual effort

  • market demand

  • referral success

  • business conditions.

12.4 The Platform does not guarantee any income or financial results.

13. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

13.1 The Platform, Platform Owner, Admin, Listing Authors and their representatives shall not be liable for any:

  • financial losses

  • scams or fraudulent activities

  • disputes

  • legal claims

  • damages or injuries

arising from interactions between Visitors and Providers.

13.2 All use of the Platform is at the user’s own risk.

14. Suspension & Termination

14.1 The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account or listing at its sole discretion if these Terms & Conditions are violated.

14.2 No compensation or refund will be provided for such actions.

15. Amendments

15.1 The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

15.2 The latest version shall take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

16. Records, Audit Trail & Security

16.1 The Platform reserves the right to record and store information relating to the use of the Platform including but not limited to:

  • submission timestamps

  • account identities of Admins or Listing Authors

  • listing approval history

  • listing modification records

  • enquiry and referral records.

16.2 These records may be used for security, internal audit, dispute resolution, and legal compliance purposes.

16.3 Users agree that electronic records of the Platform may be used as evidence in the event of disputes.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
